Feeling less productive, motivated or unable to concentrate can indicative of exhaustion, lack of sleep or overexertion. This month is Emotional Wellness Month so be sure to remember to take a break, check in with yourself & focus on the things you are doing well rather than what you are not doing.
There are a few big tell-tale habits that naturally kick in that show when I'm well & truly rested and ready to go after the weekend, and seeing as I'm feeling boastfully productive I thought I'd share them with you:
☝️Plan your to-do list & outfit the evening before. ✌️Read or listen to a podcast or audiobook on your way into work. Even if you don't take everything in, this will get your mind flowing for the day. 💌Check your emails in allotted time slots rather than as they come in throughout the day. 🤟Plan your week. Try fit all of your meetings into 1 or 2 days, get your workouts pencilled in, & outside of work activity to reduce the number of decisions you have to make on a day-to-day basis. 📝 Add all your 'to-do's' to Wunderlist & order them so that you 'swallow your frogs' first. Review & prepare tomorrow's to-do list at the end of the day.
